A wide variety of modalities are offered, including Swedish, pregnancy, therapeutic and deep tissue. Personalized massage sessions are about 60 minutes and can last up to 90 minutes. Half body massages are 30 minutes. During the session, your body will be supported with bolsters and pillows, and pregnant women will be in a safe, side-lying position. Proper sheet draping techniques are used to reveal only the body part that is being massaged for your comfort and warmth.
